How to use oversupply in a sentence?
It was just a small increase, but nevertheless it was an increase despite the sharp price drop, given continued oversupply and still no sign yet that U.S. oil production starts to show any reaction, perhaps prices will continue to head lower.
It feels more like a 1986 than a 2008. It's a more fundamental shift. 2008 was a financial crisis, today is very different. We have oversupply, that's structural and takes longer to adjust to.

We should return to the issue of creating infrastructure which would allow the state to create oil stocks during periods of oversupply and to send it onto the market when the situation is the opposite, why is there a grain reserve but not an oil one?
The oil market was massively oversupplied in 2Q 2015, and remains so today, it is equally clear that the market's ability to absorb that oversupply is unlikely to last. Onshore storage space is limited.
