How to use rowing in a sentence?
The level of fitness I was in, and my ability to stay at that fitness level and push myself there all the time, I attribute to that time on my high school rowing team.
It would be easy but irresponsible for us to immediately assume that the rowing course is the main or sole point of exposure that caused the illnesses. We are not jumping to this immediate conclusion for two reasons, first, one of our first cases of illness was a coach, who did not row on the lake, and their contact with the course water would have been specific to handling equipment that had been on the water. Assuming sanitation protocol was followed, we would not expect them to become ill.
Only the guy who isn't rowing has time to rock the boat
This is alarming because it is unfair, and because it could prolong or even worsen this terrible pandemic, let me be clear: In the race to end this pandemic, we are all rowing the same boat. We cannot sacrifice those at highest risk in some countries so that those at lowest risk can be vaccinated in others.
The most popular Greek word for 'minister' is diakonos, which means, 'a servant,' or 'one who executes the command of another.' The other Greek word used is hyperetes, which literally means, 'the under-rower,' or the subordinate who is doing the rowing of a boat. Thus, a minister works for both God and man in service. Just as Jesus was a servant to both God and man, so should all believers be.
